ugh, i'm in helllllllllll.... i have gained exactly 18 pounds since i started taking the prednisone.... *sighs*... fuckin ridiculous... [img]frown.gif[/img] i can't stop taking it, though, i am taking it only every other day now, and on the day that i DON'T... take it, my eyes start to swell shut and i break out in blisters.... Nor can i take my stupid phentermine while i'm on them, so it's a double whammy, i had to stop taking what was helping me LOSE weight, and add something that makes me GAIN weight on top of it... what am i gonna DO, people??? [img]frown.gif[/img] my doc says it won't hurt to watch what i eat, so i don't gain extra on top of what i'm gonna gain anyway because of the steroids... but that there's not really a way to prevent weight gain from the steroids, and that fat, puffy-face thing that you get goin on.... in short.... i could have summed up this post by just saying:
